I have been working as a Storage Technical Lead in BrazilAs a team lead, besides the technical activities depict forward, I am also n charge of:• Help other teammates on their daily activities and develop their technical skills when necessary;• Ensure that all opened cases will be close in compliance with the SLA;• Deploy rectification (Firmware upgrade in reason of bug) for all our installed park at customer;• Develop and implement a contingency plan to guarantee customers business continuity;• Perform monthly health-check on all customer\'s equipment to proactivity find any point to be improve;• Spare part management and inventory update to not suffer from a lack of spare parts;• Be the owner for critical cases and ensure the solution as soon as possible.Moreover, I am still being responsible for technical activities such as: • Support customers business running on Huawei High-End and Mid-Range Storage solutions such as:• Troubleshooting performance issues and its root cause;• Identify Hardware fails and replace it as well as find root cause of a recurrent error;• Support customer deploy storage\'s high-availability solutions such as remote replication, asynchronous, synchronous and active-active;• Provide assistance to customer deploy storage\'s data protection features such as local replication and snapshots;• Work as a customer\'s aid on their daily administrations tasks such as migration, legacy storage virtualisation and interoperability check;• Subserve customer to use their equipment as much as they can, explaining the features, hardware architecture and so on;• Get in touch with customer to check their necessities and pain, improve the relationship and be close / convenient with them to help when necessary.The technologies that i am working with is:• All-Flash : OceanStor Dorado v3 / Dorado v6• High-End : OceanStor 18500 v3• Mid-Range : OceanStor 6800 v3 / 5500 v3 / 6800 v5 / 5500 v5• NAS : OceanStor Switch SAN : DCX 8510
