With more than 9 year of expertise, my practice has focused on corporate, real estate and international trade matters in different industries including agribusiness, manufacturing, subsea support services, food and beverages, and hospitality. As native of Guadalajara, Jalisco, the hub of traditional Mexican culture, I seize my local knowledge to assist my clients as they invest, establish and conduct businesses along the region.My experience includes advice to multinational companies in the agricultural sector, comprehending their day-to-day operations, such as compliance with national water concession titles, requirements by environmental authorities and municipal governments, contracts with suppliers and corporate matters. In addition, I have advised enterprises in their operations for the sale and lease of agricultural lands, including their due diligence investigation, negotiations, and closing. My constant search to better serve this sector has led me to carry out a Senior Business Management Program in the Agrifood Chain, at the IPADE Business School.In real estate matters, I have advised foreign clients who wish to acquire properties in Mexico, mainly in Los Cabos and La Paz, Baja California Sur, as well as in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco and Punta de Mita. From initiation of the search to closing, I have vast experience in conducting in-depth investigations of due diligence of the properties, design and preparation of Purchase and Sale Agreements, and management of the procedures with Trustees.
