Benchmark and utilize best practices to drive improvement. • Update category strategies to achieve total cost reductions, and overall supply base rationalization, building relationships with key management and stakeholders to solicit input, leveraging global supplier base • Perform assessments of opportunities by leveraging strategic sourcing approaches and frameworks to lead change management in category strategy deployment. • Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to gain support across many levels of the organization. • Work closely with Key stakeholder to achieve goals and objectives • Refine, update and implement a contingent workforce program globally • Leading negotiations and maintaining a high volume of projects. • Contracting and managing contingent labor programs with the use of MSP and VMS • Contracting for consulting services and managing other professional services spend
