My experiences are in Welding Engineering, QA/QC management, and multi-disciplinary heavy industrial projects. Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in structural steel, pressure equipment, energy systems, piping, tank fabrication, mechanical equipment, as well as electrical and instrumentation quality management activities.My professional experience includes- Waste Heat Boiler projects in accordance with ASME Section I- Pressure vessel fabrication and installation according to EN 13445 and 2014/68/EU PED requirements- Power Piping and Process Piping systems based on ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3- Stainless steel and carbon steel tank fabrication and installation works according to API 650- Silo fabrication and installation activities- Turbine building structural steel and mechanical installation works- Filtration systems and process equipment installations- Rotating equipment installation, alignment, preservation, preparation, and QA/QC activities for pumps, fans, blowers, and related equipment in accordance with API 686- Electrical and instrumentation works including site installation inspections, loop checks, instrument verification, and QA/QC activities- Welding quality control, WPS/PQR coordination, NDT management, ITP preparation, NCR handling, and client inspection activities.Currently, I am working as a QA/QC Chief in a carbon black production plant project, managing multi-disciplinary activities including equipment installation, preservation processes, welding engineering activities, site quality management, and coordination between different engineering disciplines.In addition to my technical expertise in ASME, API, EN, and ISO standards, I possess strong field coordination, problem-solving capability, and a practical understanding of industrial construction and fabrication operations. I believe quality is not only about documentation and compliance, but also about maintaining engineering discipline and operational excellence in the field.
