Key qualifications are outlined below:• Expert in basic and detail engineering for control and instrumentation in the EPC basic for oil and gas refinery and on-shore facility.• Good knowledge for producing/review/supervising of I&C deliverable list such as field instrument specification, field instrument data sheet, analyzer data sheet, automated valve data sheet (i.e. ESDV, BDV, On/Off Valve, MOV), sizing calculation and selection of control valves/PSVs, flow sizing and selection of orifice/flow elements, fire and gas detectors data sheet, instrument index, DCS I/O list, ESD I/O list, developing P & IDs,etc.• Familiar with DCS/ESD system for Yokogawa DCS (Centium Yokogawa safety system (Prosafe-RS), Siemens PLC (S5, S7), Tankage’s control system, and MOV system.• Familiar with risk management system sessions (i.e. HAZOP).• Have proven experience in preparing engineering support for procurement activities of field instrumentation including vendor documents review, preparing required clarification sheet, participation in technical meeting, preparing technical bid evaluation (TBE) for all field instruments, analyzers, F&G devices.• Experienced to review vendor documents related to DCS, ESD and F&G control systems to ensure total control system performance.• Have experience to participate in the FAT of Yokogawa control systems, Tankage control system and MOV system.• Ability to review related instrument documents for mechanical packages and participation in related technical meeting.• Familiar with analyzers system such as CO2, H2S, H2O, Mercaptan, Gas Chromatograph, PH, H2 analyzer and integration with control system.• Familiar with applicable codes ISA, IEC, API, NFPA, ASME, Industry Standards, Customer Specification, Shell standard
