Cryptio is an enterprise-grade crypto back-office platform. Our software helps financial institutions, corporates and crypto-native companies navigate the fragmented digital-asset landscape with confidence. We are a Series-A company, backed by tier-1 crypto and non crypto investors: Point Nine, BlueYard, Tim Draper, Alven, Aave, Consensys, Outlier Ventures. Some of our clients include; Metamask, Aave, Nexo or the Sandbox. We\'re bridging the gap between the blockchain and accounting systems – transforming DeFi, custody, OTC, and exchange data into auditable records for accounting, treasury and tax filings. We\'re tackling one of the biggest challenges in crypto right now - building the infrastructure to help institutional adoption. And we\'re playing to win. I’m an experienced International Talent Acquisition & People Operations Leader with over 10 years of experience in talent attraction and retention within both agencies and international companies. I have developed a specialty in start-ups and setting up recruitment processes as well as people operations and system implementation & roll out (HRIS & ATS). I have been given a great opportunity to develop my recruitment skills and besides handling general recruitment and got the chance to develop a specialisation in the start-up high-tech area with an international scope. Setting up international Recruitment, creative ways of talent acquisition and tech-savviness are 3 things that describe my key experiences among other skills I developed over the years. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others.
