Leadership: From coaching people I\'ve learned valuable keys to communicate efficiently with people of all varieties to help them find their motivation. I lead with empathy and creating a zone of acceptance and I build trust by listening with Presence and grasping peoples proficiencies and encouraging them to exert it. I also try to limit and simplify delegated targets when necessary, because ambitious people tend to stumble a bit on taking on too much. Objective: I have always been interested in breaking the human code; the drives and how to get people to develop genuine motivation for what they do. So I chose to study leadership and organization. The key elements are communication and culture, where the latter should be an asset (diversity) rather than a source of problem.
