Leading the Engineering team that designs, develops, configures, and verifies the HVDC Control & Protection System drives consistent design practices and standard global processes for project implementation and provides technical solutions that meet the project objectives.Define and maintain the scope of the Control & Protection System Delivery Project Plan.Define and maintain the detailed Project schedule derived from the P6 plan and manage the agreed Budget.Define and maintain the Control & Protection System Risk Register and escalate high risks to the Project Engineering manager.Review planned hours, Cost-To-Completion CTC hours vs Budgeted hours.Adhere to the Control & Protection System Engineering SIPOC and delivery processes.Accountability on the On-Time-Delivery OTD and Say-Do ratio KPIs for the project.Lead NCP with an action plan in place and accountability to close them.Raise Change Request when required following a budget deviation or a scope change.Report to the Delivery Manager on the project progress monthly, including achievements, budget status, risk review, and resource plan outlook.I Represent the Control & Protection project team during customer meetings and with GE partners.Makes decisions regarding work processes, operational plans, and schedules to achieve department objectives.Manage the engineering resources, workload, schedule, and project milestones.Actively share and learn good practices and lesson learning to implement in the project for better project execution.
