Senior Program Transition and Transformation lead responsible for directing large scale transitions and acquisitions for new outsourcing engagements. This includes defining and implementing processes, organization and operating infrastructures required to establish new operations, as well as working with Global and local cross functional workstream leads to enable newly acquired teams into local organizational platforms. Transition Architect o Lead development of transition solution during sales pursuits, including detailed designs of all transition work steams. o Define cost models validating the cost and benefit of the transition solution o Support client orals and contract negotiations, managing internal and external client relationships during the various stages of the sales process. o Manage staffing, define and manage budgets related to business development spend during solutioning phases Transition Lead o Manage execution of all workstreams of a service or personnel transition program, including financials o Manage overall internal/external client relationships throughout the transition phase o Partner with Transformation, Change Management and Delivery teams in leading a seamless client transition experience o Contribute to the transition capabilities by including method and asset development, knowledge capital harvesting and lead in transition improvement initiatives o Allocate resources and responsibilities, providing feedback and coaching to direct and indirect reports o Lead regional and global outsourcing initiatives to improve and grow the practice Offering Lead o Fully accountable to contractual obligations through program lifecycle for all transitions under offering o Provide overall governance and quality assurance of transition and transformation programs o Accountable for the successful delivery of the project scope within timeframes and budgets
