Africa Agriculture Accelerator Program Facility for Food Security (F4FS). The F4FS is designed to address the chronic lack of finance in the agricultural sector in Africa by developing partnerships between financial institutions and AgTech companies while simultaneously de-risking the agri-portfolios for banks. I am responsible for• Co-developing a theory of change (ToC) for the F4FS, including envisaged inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impacts as well as their respective indicators.• Develop a financial model for the advisory services, blended finance, and financing for AgTechs components linked to the ToC • Develop scenarios based on diverse assumptions about inputs as well as their link with outputs / outcomes• Supporting the promotion of the F4FS among potential co-funders

Federico Bilder has worked extensively in the finance sector across more than 25 countries in Africa, Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East in projects related to access to finance, climate finance, and digitalization. He has done so for 20+ years both as an independent consultant and as senior manager for financial institutions\' networks. He has a successful track record in the implementation of numerous technical assistance projects, access to finance and blended finance schemes, financial sector assessments as well as evaluation missions.
