Responsible of different IT/TLC projects. I deal both the analysis and design of the IT/TLC system architecture and project management.I am in charge also of economic pre-sales strategies of new opportunities and the project management of the resources and activities. The key events followed on different projects are: IT/TLC feasibility analysis for different projects. Definition of the IT architectures to be implemented (microservices gRPc and Api for interfacing with all systems involved in the solutions). Project Management in terms of work progress and team management. Definition of a Capgemini catalog containing services (IT/TLC) relating to the configuration management of RAN devices that can be offered to the various telephony operators. Cooperation with relevant Vodafone stakeholders: Optimization, Ran Design, Governance, System Engineering to define the processes and procedures necessary to the implementation of the network features rollout in all technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G). Functional and architectural analysis for both IT and TLC aspects of a system of configuration management for Huawei Network Elements. Management of the development team (6-8 people). Technical and economic client proposals on new projects. Staffing and training of the work team. Management of the risk analysis based on project delivery model
