ABOUT FEDERICO BERARDI

I\'m Federico Berardi, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Economics & Management at the Università Cattolica of Milan, where I have been building a solid theoretical foundation with a particular focus on international economic systems and labor market dynamics. My academic journey at Università Cattolica has been instrumental in shaping my analytical approach. The rigorous Economics & Management program has equipped me with advanced methodologies to understand complex economic interdependencies, market fluctuations, and emerging global workforce trends, which I apply in both my research and professional activities. In parallel to my studies, I serve as the Business Development Manager at FineAdvisors, an innovative startup specializing in Business Development. Since joining FineAdvisors in 2023, I have been deeply involved in the company\'s growth, focusing on Business Development and Prospect Generation, particularly leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. In my role, I manage client relationships and lead a dynamic team of Account Managers, while also driving engagement and sales with potential clients both within Italy and across international markets. Working in a fast-paced and real-world business environment has significantly broadened my perspective, allowing me to develop essential skills such as strategic thinking, critical analysis, and advanced sales techniques. Within the university community, I am actively involved in FinanzCatt, a university association dedicated to financial education and networking. My role in the association\'s editorial team focuses on researching and analyzing global economic trends and their implications across different regions. This experience has deepened my understanding of international markets and expanded my network with professionals and academics in the economic and financial sectors. Prior to my university education, I attended a Languages High School, where I studied English, Spanish, and French. These language skills have been invaluable in my academic research and professional life, enabling me to access international economic literature, communicate effectively in global markets, and connect with a diverse range of experts and colleagues. In my free time, I follow geopolitical developments and enjoy analyzing global developments and understanding the evolving dynamics between nations and regions that shape our world. I\'m also a sports enthusiast, particularly football and boxing – activities that help me maintain both mental sharpness and physical fitness.
