ABOUT FEDERICA TROZZI

I am a senior Project Manager and Machine Learning Engineer with a Master\'s degree in Computer Engineering-Automatics. Currently serving as the Project Manager and ML Engineer at Eustema S.r.l in Naples, Italy, I lead a team in the Research and Innovation department for a project, funded by MISE. This initiative focuses on AI-driven digitalization of corporate contract lifecycles, collaborating with the National Research Council and the University of Naples Federico II.My expertise extends to developing AI solutions for diverse applications, including,like in my previous job in Bluhub S.r.l, managing a team using AGILE methodology, developing a computer vision algorithm for a Cartesian robot to automate grape harvesting.Earlier experiences include contributing to R&D projects at Unitec S.p.a and Infovision S.r.l, where I honed my skills in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and software development. My academic journey includes a Master\'s degree focused on \"Artificial Vision for Laser Calibration Validation\" and an Erasmus Mundus Master\'s program, enriching my skills in image classification, pattern recognition, and neural network analysis.I possess strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills, showcased through successful project presentations and effective team leadership.
