Lead the management of sponsorship and fundraising activities for national and international congresses in the scientific-medical field, working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.• Conduct market analysis to identify and engage new potential sponsors, preparing customized sponsorship proposals tailored to the specific goals and compliance policies of each client.• Collaborate with scientific societies, medical associations, and congress presidents to define sponsorship strategies and ensure alignment with event objectives and budget targets.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, acting as the primary contact throughout the sponsorship lifecycle—from proposal to contract negotiation, coordination of deliverables, and post-event reporting.• Supervise sponsorship budgets, monitor KPIs, and support the financial sustainability of events through strategic fundraising plans.• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. AIFA, MedTech Europe, SVC and Farmindustria) and manage transparency reporting for corporate funding.• Coordinate closely with internal departments (scientific secretariat, logistics, communication) to ensure proper integration of sponsorship elements (e.g. booths, symposia, branded materials) into the event flow.• Manage CRM and database systems to track sponsor activity, measure outcomes, and generate performance reports.• Successfully contributed to several high-profile international congresses, exceeding fundraising targets and enhancing sponsor satisfaction and retention.
