As Social Media and Community Manager at tinyBuild, I led the strategy and day-to-day communication for multiple upcoming and released titles, managing communities across Discord, Reddit, and various social media platforms through detailed content calendars.Key Projects & Achievements:The King is Watching: Managed the community from the first demo version on Steam through the game’s release, which achieved the highest concurrent player peak in tinyBuild’s history with 17,988 players at launch. Maintained an 83% positive Steam rating and a highly active player community. Supported the creation of the official fan wiki and managed ongoing engagement across Reddit and Discord.Of Ash and Steel: Built early-stage awareness with hand-written devlogs and TikTok videos to sustain hype ahead of launch (November 24th, 2025), helping the title surpass wishlists. The demo ranked among the best-performing games of Steam Next Fest (October 2025).FEROCIOUS: Supported the team in organizing playtests and community management, helping the title reach wishlists and coordinating a collaboration with an Italian artist that resulted in two dinosaur statues for the Gamescom event in Cologne.VOIN: Managed community growth and content strategy for one of tinyBuild’s most beloved indie success stories, maintaining a 95% Overwhelmingly Positive Steam score and nurturing a loyal fanbase around its solo developer story.Finally, I also took part in numerous livestream events on the tinyBuild official YouTube channel, where I and other community managers played company titles and answered fans\' questions.
