ABOUT FRANZISKA BÜLLES

In my career I had the opportunity working with some of the largest brands in the Industry when it comes to Cyber Security, Zero Trust, Ransomware but also Business Continuity, Backup & Recovery as well as Cloud Data Storage and Cloud Data Management. And in that time, I have been able to develop an understanding of the importance of focusing on the relationship of our customers. That culture is a critical component of everything we do, and to understand the culture of the customers we work with, to recognize these unique challenges, understand the opportunities they want to pursue, work with them and our Channel Partners to help them achieve this, this is a critical component to the success of my role as a Marketing Manager. I am able to help them tell their story and understand how Trend Micro fits into their success story, and this idea of culture and this idea of accountability is critical to my role and my understanding of how I work with my partners and customers. One of the things I believe in is that everyone is an important member of a team, and as a team we help together to solve our clients\' problems, so I enjoy being in such a great team that I am on. And working in such a great team as a diverse group of individuals makes us all stronger. My positive attitude is supported by my family and friends and my sportive activities. These components are important for me to create and keep my balance.
