ABOUT FAYE KNOWLES
I am a freelance creative writing for wellbeing facilitator based in West Yorkshire.I believe in the power and potential of writing as a creative health practice and offer bespoke sessions and short courses for private, public and charity sector teams.Informed by positive psychology theory, therapeutic writing research and my own practice, I create safe, supportive spaces for self-reflection, self-expression and personal growth. Perhaps you\'re looking to ignite your team\'s creative spark, help them navigate a period of change or support their wellbeing. My sessions are an opportunity for people to gain a better understanding of themselves and explore their experiences in the workplace setting.My workshops are fun, engaging and especially suitable for beginners. They are a chance for colleagues to come together and write without rules, expectations or judgement-I am also a communications professional with more than 16 years\' experience. I am currently leading Communications Strategy for the Bragg Centre for Materials Research at the University of Leeds.
