ABOUT FAYE FORMOSO

Faye Formoso was the Vice President of Human Resources for AIG’s Centralized Services organization and a member of the HR Executive Group. She led all HR services in support of employees in more than 80 countries.Faye developed AIG’s People Analytics Center of Excellence, which is responsible for delivering human capital data and key insights for AIG’s leaders for managing and developing talent.Previously, Faye was the head of Global Service Delivery where she was instrumental in the implementation of the human capital operating model. She operationalized strategies, and globalized data and processes resulting in efficiencies and an improved customer experience. She has also served in various leadership roles within AIG’s business and corporate functions.Faye served as a leader for the Women’s & Allies NY Employee Resource Groups and is now overseeing all program delivery.Highly motivated, customer focused Service Delivery/Operations Executive.
