Updating the periodic financial and supplement reports of all the listed companies from MENA region inthe unified application of Client.• Translating / converting Arabic language data’s into English as most of the MENA region documents comein Arabic.• Ensuring all the data’s are captured without any error and on their respective platforms.• Checking the quality of our process until it flows correctly into the client terminal which would help Bloomberg’s customers to follow the updated news journal on time.• Prioritizing the task inflows based on tier services and adhering strictly to the SLA.• Providing support to other region teams on quality checking and rectifying the mistakes.• Solving escalations by the client with finding proper solution.• Responsible for providing professional Arabic language and communication services to the client duringtheir visit.
