I work at the intersection of deep human transformation, clinical leadership, and regulatory excellence.As a Somatic Therapist and Trauma Focused Transformational Coach, I support founders, senior professionals, and high-performing individuals who recognise that external success can often mask internal strain.Using neuroscience-informed approaches, I help clients identify and rewire unconscious patterns that influence leadership, confidence, relational dynamics, and performance under pressure.I am trained in hypnotherapy (Paul McKenna) and NLP (Richard Bandler), and integrate EMDR-informed work, EFT, AMDR, and nervous system regulation with Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Positive Intelligence (PI).My work focuses on nervous system regulation, behavioural transformation, and sustainable high performance, enabling clients to operate with clarity, composure, and purpose.Alongside this, I operate at senior executive level within healthcare.As Founder & CEO and Chief of Compliance, I lead healthcare services with strategic oversight of governance, quality, safeguarding, infection control, GDPR, and regulatory compliance.
