Seeking opportunities in SAP SuccessFactors to leverage my skills and expertise, aiming to enhance user experience and organizational success while pursuing further certifications alongside professional development. • Worked as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with specialization in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC) module in MFG domain, with Jaguar Land Rover (Tata Motors) as our client. • Experienced in working around creating, configuration, enhancement and testing of XML based Job Requisition templates, Candidate application templates; on internal and external Job Postings, RBP\'s, Hiring & Onboarding, Offer Letter, Integration Centre. • Understand and modify or enhance permissions, rules, templates, based on scenarios provided by the business. • Troubleshooted, analyzed, handled and closed incidents received on regular basis based on SAP HR master data and system processes related to SAP ECC, Human Capital Management (HCM) or SuccessFactors related issues, via Remedy ticketing tool. • Previously, I\'ve worked with database techs involving DevOps, Agile & SDLC working methodologies in BFSI Domain, with Morgan Stanley as our client, utilizing tools/techs such as ETL, DB2 v11, Greenplum v6, Snowflake, Autosys, SQL, Unix, Git, Jira, Kanban, Informatica v10, Jenkins, YAML, Flat files, etc. • Configured Transformations and Mappings via Informatica v10.2.0 for data processing/ETL. • Deployed and enhanced various Autosys batch Jobs for scheduled ETL processing, reduced batch job failures. • Instructed new team members with KT’s of datamart project’s processes and business functionalities. My internship experience includes: • Appin Technology Lab - Cybrom: Learned software and web development related technologies, including MEAN STACK. • Reliance Jio: Conducted on-field surveys of 50+ SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) of diverse sectors, understood their way of operating business, performed SWOT analysis, and created detailed reports for each SMB.
