Social Impact partners across the organization to celebrate positive change through culture, strategy, policies, processes, and programs aligned with diversity, inclusion, equity, belonging and equity (DIBE) and giving efforts.In the newly created role of Social Impact Program Manager at Clio, I lead the planning and execution of high-impact cross-functional initiatives that align with our three primary social pillars: Access to Justice, Mental Wellbeing of Lawyers, and Diverse Talent in Technology.Key highlights:Drive program management for Clio’s Social Impact & DIBE initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams toward scalable, data-driven initiatives that align with the company’s purpose and long-term vision- Champion the evolution of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as key drivers of belonging and leadership development, shaping a more inclusive and engaged workplace culture- Build & elevate strategic partnerships that expand the reach and depth of Clio’s giving and scholarship programs, maximizing the impact of the Clio Gives platform- Partner on Clio’s annual DIBE communication strategy, amplifying internal and external storytelling- Sustain operational excellence through improved systems for volunteer tracking, event coordination, and impact reporting.
