Provide automated solutions using workflows and Process builder. Consolidate workflows and process builders to improve performance of Salesforce system. Create Report and Dashboards. Assist user with PSA issues related to Projects, Timecards, Resource Request, Budgets, Assignment, Milestone. Maintain data integrity and perform data corrections, utilize data loader for mass data load.
