ABOUT FARAH LAROCHE

As the Talent Management Lead at Westlake Chemical, a global leader in petrochemicals and building products, I leverage my experience and human resources expertise to design and implement effective talent strategies and solutions. I have a master\'s degree in human resources development from the University of Houston and I am certified as a KFLA Leadership Architect.My core competencies include leadership development, succession planning, talent assessment, workforce planning, and employee relations. I partner with senior management, business operations, and regional offices to align HR strategy with business needs and goals. I also lead and support multiple HR projects and initiatives, such as performance evaluations, compensation, and geographical moves. My mission is to develop and retain top talent for Westlake Chemical, and to foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion. I am passionate about learning and growing as a talent management professional, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am also committed to sharing my expertise and best practices with others, and to building strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
