I love selling, coaching, and driving impact for SMEs. I thrive on solving resource-constrained challenges and growing as a leader in a fast paced environment. As the first local Sales Manager at HubSpot Canada, I lead a high-performing SMB team and helped establish our inaugural Canadian office. Previously, I was among the first 10 AEs in Singapore, scaling our Asia business from 10 to 40+ AEs as HubSpot grew from to global employees. During this time, I spearheaded new initiatives under resource constraints to expand our customers across multiple regions.Beyond sales, I lead the Women In Sales Group & Women @ HubSpot Canada ERG, fostering an inclusive environment for all while driving recruitment and community branding for HubSpot Canada.**Key Experiences:**-**Asia-Pacific Growth:** Adapted sales strategies across diverse markets, including Hong Kong, China, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India with limited resources.
