I\'m an experienced leader and product designer with 12+ years of experience, and I\'m currently a Senior Design Manager at HubSpot, leading UX for our Customer Agent design team within our AI Product Line. Previously, I led UX for both the Omnichannel and Self-Serivce groups within Service Hub. At HubSpot, our mission to not just help our customers grow, but to help them grow better.
