The through-line in my life is curiosity. Give me a messy problem, a little runway, and the freedom to think. I’ll happily disappear into it and come back with a cleaner path, a sharper story, and a better way forward.What lights me up is the \"figuring- it-out\" part. The dot-connecting. The workshop conversations where people are honest, ideas can breathe, and improvement is the point. Not perfection and definitely not posturing.I care about making things better in ways that actually stick. Sometimes it’s personal and sometimes it’s in business. Either way, the work feels the same. Notice what’s not working. Ask why. Try something. Learn fast. Make it better.And yes, I’m introverted. But I love people. I love getting to know what drives them, how they think, what they’re building, what they’re carrying. Connection doesn’t have to be loud to be real! If anything, it’s richer when it’s intentional.If you’re into thoughtful conversation, smart problem-solving, and moving things forward, we’ll probably get along.At this stage, I’m focused on doing work that leaves things better than I found them.
