Procurement & Sourcing Responsibilities | Current RoleOverseeing end-to-end procurement for all production, construction, and maintenance materials in line with project timelines, quality standards, and cost controls.Managing a monthly procurement spend of ₹2–2.25 Cr and currently handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil sourcing for projects worth ₹250 Cr+ across pan-India.Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor development, rate finalization, and contingency planning aligned with organizational goals.Driving complete site mobilization including procurement of infra setup materials, early logistics, and operational readiness.Executing capital equipment procurement in compliance with technical specs and company procedures, including bid evaluation and contract execution.Planning and procuring materials as per BOM for expansion and fit-out works — PUF panels, Armstrong ceilings, toughened glass, plywood, aluminum extrusions, modular workstations, and more.Managing sourcing for repair and maintenance items such as batching plants, tower cranes, concrete pumps, and JCBs to support new site operations.Preparing logistics and transport budgets, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring cost efficiency across supply chain operations.Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve material approvals and technical issues, ensuring zero delays in execution.Leading local and global sourcing efforts, ensuring Incoterms compliance, timely deliveries, and supplier quality validation.Conducting cost benchmarking, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization for materials and services.Identifying and onboarding new suppliers, and periodically renegotiating contracts to optimize pricing, service levels, and risk mitigation.
