Resolving customer dispute/concerns and using good judgment to make decisions for the customer at the cash register and at the customer service desk.13. Verifying items on refund tickets to actual merchandise returned.14. Co-ordinating expense control with the use of checkout supplies.15. Adheres to all company policies and standard operating procedures.

ABOUT FAISAL MOHD
I am a PhD Researcher in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Multimedia Communications Research Laboratory (MCRLab), driven by the challenge of bringing massive AI capabilities to compact hardware.My current research bridges the gap between software and hardware. I focus on the intersection of Generative AI and embedded systems, specifically optimizing LLMs and Multimodal LLMs (MLLMs) to run efficiently on edge devices. By integrating this localized AI processing with immersive technologies like VR, Haptics, and Digital Twins, I am working to build the next generation of intelligent, responsive robotics and interactive environments.I regularly share my findings through peer-reviewed publications and conferences, and I am highly dedicated to redefining human-computer interaction while supporting and leading within the academic community
