NGG Grunndata is Norgesgruppen\'s master data system with associated applications for processing the data stored there. Grunndata maintains data that is basic for the entire Norgesgruppen (all kinds of applications), ie common data. The data is then spread to Norgegruppen\'s applications via various integration solutions. Grunndata consists of 4 applications and different users have access to one or more of these (based on their work tasks). Grunndata has been under management and further development for almost 20 years and will be phased out in the near future. The work in the time ahead is mainly about further developing and managing the solution while considering a replacement for Grunndata.Faisal works as a scrummaster for a team of six developers, an architect and a system owner. He joined the team after several reported the need for better structure and work process. During the time he has been in the project / team, Faisal has made sure that the team works more faithfully towards the sprints and goals that have been set. He has ensured that the team has established new guidelines and processes that contribute to the team working more independently. He has also coached the system owner on the product owner role and supported her in keeping order in the backlog as well as prioritization. Furthermore, he has taken care of obstacles for the team, held all sprint ceremonies and helped the team improve continuously.
