I am an accomplished Commercial and Contracts Manager with over 25 years of experience leading complex pre- and post-contract activities across aviation, IT, public sector and large-scale government programmes.My background as a Law post graduate, combined with my commercial leadership experience, has enabled me to manage multimillion-pound contracts, negotiate strategic agreements, resolve commercial risks, and guide stakeholders through the full contract lifecycle with clarity and confidence.I have worked across a wide range of environments — from fast-paced private sector IT services to highly regulated government and health sectors — giving me the ability to adapt quickly, navigate complex governance frameworks, and deliver successful commercial outcomes.I report directly to senior stakeholders and pride myself on clear communication, strong relationship management, and collaborative working. My focus has always been to protect organisational interests while enabling delivery teams to achieve the best commercial, operational, and financial results.I’m passionate about using my experience to bring structure, fairness, transparency, and measurable value to every project I support.
