More than 20 years experienced executive, with a degree in Management Engineering followed by an MBA (Master in Business Administration) in Dublin (Ireland).Experience in managing large Operations & Supply Chain teams (> 250 FTEs) in FMCG Companies. Direct involvement in large transformational change projects with impact on Company\'s Organization and headcount.From 2004 until 2025 I have worked in Diageo covering various roles (Innovation, Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations), the last position being Operations Director.In this role I have been exposed to various Transformation and Lean Manufacturing Programmes as below:A Lean Manufacturing Project focussed on improving the bottling lines efficiency (OEE) implementing the Stop the Stops Methodology. A full review of the site\'s product mix in 2017 in occasion of the wine business sale, with impact on the Company\'s Organization and Headcount. More recently, I have been directly involved in the initial plan to close the Diageo Manufacturing Site in Alba working on a social plan implementation and at a later stage in the site\'s sale to NewPrinces Group.
