As Product Manager / Business Analyst / Tech Lead I am the custodian of the grand vision of IT products and I am responsible for liaising with stakeholders to discuss, collect and document requirements, in order to define and describe new or updated IT solutions that meet their needs, with the purpose of developing systems which achieve the highest quality in terms of user experience, technical excellence and domain suitability. To this aim, I follow the entire lifecycle of the product, from project initiation, design and development to release and maintenance, helping WFP in its transition towards Continuous Delivery.My key duties are to- Lead the analysis of business, functional and non-functional requirements: impact analysis on IT systems, documentation and classification of requirements and decisions for client approval- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications: define and detail the information model, user interface model, use cases, integration model and reporting model- Manage product backlogs: clearly identify and describe product backlog items in order to build a shared understanding of the problems and solutions with the development teams; prioritize items in consultation with stakeholders; determine whether items were satisfactory delivered; ensure transparency into the upcoming work of the development teams- Manage product budget, teams composition and relations with external vendors; produce costs and timeframe estimations- Prioritize, coordinate, oversee and validate the work of the development teams- Support in alpha and beta testing prior to handing over for formal testing.
