Team with 3 employees- Responsible for devising goals for the direct and indirect sales force, evaluating the best model for each public, through the analysis of the sellers’ performance style, geography, potential of the customer’s portfolio, market share, headcount, and productivity history, aiming at the fair assignment of challenges and guarantee of budget addressing- Structuring and management of the Inside Sales implementation project in the B2B segment- Direct contribution to the implementation of the B2B business model transformation project, acting in fronts such as the customer portfolio and commercial performance- Performance management versus commercial profile for the B2B direct sales teams, making use of clustering and results analysis (financial and sales), as well as an action plan proposal for each group- Restructuring of goals model, with the implementation of the NSR (Net Sales Revenue) as an indicator of variable remuneration for the B2B segment, with the aim of maximizing the revenue- Execution of Design Thinking allowing, among others, to identify gaps in the process of disclosing goals to the Commercial area, which began to be carried out directly via Sales Force (through the development of screens and load tools), thus reducing the process time by around 5 hours (previously, the disclosure was carried out by email)- Development of KPIs and management dashboards for results monitoring- Leadership in crafting the B2B Strategic Plan, including the generation of financial and sales projections by product.
