With two decades of experience in strategic and corporate communications, I lead the Sustainable Construction Observatory and International External Relations at Saint-Gobain.Through the Sustainable Construction Observatory, launched in April 2023, I develop and steer a global agenda to elevate sustainable construction, bringing together industry leaders, NGOs, investors, policymakers, and international institutions. This work is supported by an international conference program (Sustainable Construction Talks) and an annual global survey (Sustainable Construction Barometer) designed to shed light on perceptions and priorities across the value chain.I also lead strategic partnerships with international organizations, including UN-Habitat and the World Economic Forum.What drives my work is a conviction that sustainable transitions are not primarily blocked by a lack of technical solutions, but by how decisions are framed and carried through, and how unevenly their consequences are borne.I am particularly interested in bridging what is too often kept apart: global agendas and local practice, long-term transitions and short-term decisions, what is designed and what is ultimately experienced.#SustainableConstruction #ConstructionObservatory
