ABOUT FABIANO SANTOS

From a young age, data has been my passion. As a child, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my father\'s weekly political and economic magazine. I would flip through the pages, searching for articles adorned with tables or graphs. Despite being just ten years old and not fully understanding the topics, I could spend hours poring over those charts, trying to decipher their meanings.At 18, I embarked on my professional journey by securing a job at the largest bank in Latin America. Immersed in a world of numbers, I honed a keen attention to detail, which naturally led me to roles in risk and security within the bank. After nearly two decades of a successful career there, my wife and I decided it was time for a bold change, so we moved to Australia. In my new home, I spent four years working in the educational sector before rekindling my original passion for data through a Data Analytics Bootcamp. This experience reignited my desire to pivot to a career where I can fully leverage my potential, diving deep into complex databases, building insightful dashboards, identifying trends, and solving intricate problems.My diverse experiences across various sectors, countries, and roles have equipped me with both robust technical expertise and invaluable soft skills. I excel in identifying ways to enhance process efficiency, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and maintain a constant eagerness to learn something new every day.Fluent in three and a half languages (I\'m improving my French and already eyeing Italian), and having visited 56 countries, I easily connect and build rapport with diverse teams.
