Head of SEO and Web Analytics, monitoring and improving the Social Media strategy.This involve overseeing all editorial content / comments / word of mouth across each space and often to contribute by writing for the company blog or website, in addition to engaging with the public across relevant social media channels to reply to comments / respond to questions and monitor conversations, whether these be good or sometimes negative.The role is a mix of online PR in addition to strategic planning to engage with the audience and target customers. All this strategically focused with a good understanding of marketing, SEO planning and campaign execution.
