Responsible for managing recruitment process from vacancy to hire, including recruitment planning, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination and offer management. Also responsible for managing programs and outreach efforts to create diverse pipelines. Involved with recruitment planning with executive level program leaders to build strategies and tactics to attract and select high potential talent to individual business units/teams. Work with the Senior Director of Talent Management and HRBP Team to develop and implement new strategic recruitment initiatives.
