Within Publicis Media, I have spent many years focused on the Performics agency and now on PMX and the PM Practices. My role has had four main components over the years: 1. Coaching: I work one-on-one with executives, high performers, and future leaders. I am a certified coach (PCC) with over 1200 logged coaching hours. This is the best part of my job. Training: I build and deliver unique experiential soft-skill classes on topics such as management, presentation, improvisation, feedback, communications, and behavioral style analysis. L&D: For many years, I oversaw a broad learning and development function that focuses on delivering hard skills and knowledge to practitioners. This included onboarding, multiple mentorship programs and the development of a culture of learning and teaching. Talent Programs: I also contribute to a variety of general talent initiatives and programs covering diversity, equity and inclusion, employee retention, team dynamics, and organizational development. My overall remit also includes some responsibilities at the Publicis Groupe level.
