At Amshire, I’m completing a Level 3 Multichannel Marketing Apprenticeship through NowSkills. Building My Career - Now and Into the FutureI am a proud member of the Amshire Solutions Ltd team, where I am completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship. My role includes:→ Using creative tools, such as Canva.→ Receiving training from apprenticeship provider, NowSkills.→ Completing further professional development training via platforms including LinkedIn Learning Hub.→ Meetings with external marketing experts.→ Reviewing and analysing marketing and business data to optimise our company brand.Combining hands-on experience with structured learning is helping to build a strong foundation in marketing strategy, creativity, and digital communication, and shaping me into a confident, capable marketing professional.Looking ahead, I aspire to progress into a long-term, marketing role with growth and learning opportunities, as well as building my own personal brand here on LinkedIn. Professional Experiences I’m Proud Of2024: Work experience @ McCann Manchester, → Account Management Department, Aldi account, the Weekly Advertisement Leaflet team.→ Explored each stage of the overall process behind producing a full campaign.2024–2025: Participated in several career development events with The Pledge→ Employment readiness programme → Employer conference, where I spoke on a panel discussing how recruitment processes for young people could be improved.These opportunities were invaluable for developing my confidence, communication, and public speaking skills, and played a key role in shaping my career goals and helping me secure my apprenticeship.
