I am a highly experienced senior bids professional with extensive experience of building, managing and developing high performing Bids Teams within the Legal Services sector. I have over ten years’ experience of drafting and project-managing large, complex and strategically significant tenders. I also have a wide depth of experience in other major strategic projects such as the delivery and implementation of strategic pricing reviews, credentials and client relationship management systems and training and coaching of lawyers in bids best practice.
