Ownership of new manufacturing assembly floor work flow, industrial racking layouts, workstation layouts, and tool budgeting in preparation for commercialization builds - Management of contracted vendors for manufacturing floor tools, racking, workstations, and builders to ensure a successful transition to new facility in regards to manufacturing needs - Design of workflow and work station allocation for all parts, assemblies, and final assemblies - Development of continuous improvement process to save money and time for currently released parts and assemblies - Ownership of all major shipping operations with new poultry machines including layout, crating, and coordination of drop off and pick up schedules
