I am a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Securities and Capital Markets Groups at Stikeman Elliott. My practice is focused primarily on complex corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on leveraged acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, financings, restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. I have comprehensive experience advising clients in connection with both cross-border and domestic transactions, and frequently counsel clients on a variety of securities law, corporate governance and strategic matters.
