Today Netlight operates in +10 cities throughout Europe and North America.As a TA Manager, I’m part of growing the Helsinki office by hiring consultants with strong technical expertise, business sense, and creativity—spanning software developers, designers, product/ project managers and other in-house roles.Main responsibilities: Lead full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring high quality and consistent candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs, design structured processes and guide strategic talent decisions. Manage and coach an 8-person recruitment team, implementing OKRs and sprint-based workflows to boost efficiency and cross-team collaboration Drive Talent Acquisition initiatives, including onboarding, interview training and candidate experience optimisation. Strengthen employer brand by leading mentorship programs and student-focused initiatives that increase talent engagement and pipeline quality. Deliver organisational learning modules on feedback and Radical Candor, contributing to culture development and retention efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and consultants to align hiring strategy with business plans. Host internal and external events that reinforce company culture and support talent attraction.
