ABOUT JOHAN ENGBERG
I’m working with Talent Management at Netlight Consulting in Toronto. In a way it’s about building the company from the ground up but, more importantly it’s about helping people grow and to find the right career path for each individual. As it happens, Netlight is the best place to work. Like, literally. During the years we have been ranked as a top employer for multiple years, both in Sweden and in Europe (through Great Place to Work) and we have also been awarded the prestigious Superföretag (through Veckans Affärer) thirteen years in a row. To date we are the only company to be able to say this. Although that is quite awesome in itself, the most important aspect for me is the values that Netlight holds – i.e. the values of each individual employee. We are an IT consultancy working in the very forefront of digitalisation and utilising personal leadership and a profound knowledge sharing culture as the cornerstones to achieve this. I’ve studied both business and economics as well as information systems and hold a M.Sc. degree in each respectively. In general, I’m a quite nerdy guy. My personal interests range from gaming, e-sports, books, boardgames, finance, TV series and of course IT and all things digital.
