Lead community engagement projects centered around revitalization, housing, resilience, and public safety through tactical urban planning and community action plans- Undertook the DeKalb Community Academy: Community 101 Program and have led engagement for the Columbia and McNair Community District reaching over 30 people in person and over 100 people online- Presented Community 101 Program Purpose, Outcomes, and Next Steps in front of the Planning, Economic Development, and Community Services Committee of DeKalb County- Worked with ArcGIS StoryMaps to create personalized websites for the Community 101 Programs initiated in Columbia and McNair, as well as the Urban Tree Canopy Study conducted by the Sustainability Department for the Long Range Planning Team- Conducted research on the impacts of data center development and drafted the text amendment in collaboration with the DeKalb\'s Current Planning Department.(Is in the process of being reviewed by our Board of Commissioners for the September Zoning Cycle.)- Assisted in presenting the Data Center Text Amendment in front of the Planning, Economic Development, and Community Services Committee of DeKalb County- Supported the County\'s Small Area Plans and Text Amendments of the Indian Creek TOD, Kensington Station LCI, and Presidential Parkway-Embry Hills SAP by providing additional research analysis and administrative aid- Provided detailed annexation application and land use analysis for unincorporated and incorporated areas within the County- Co-led youth engagement for the 2025 World Planning Day, organizing the Middle School Art Contest- Provided Standard Operating Procedures for Grant Funding Acceptance and Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) Review Process for the Long Range Planning Team.
