Manage cross functional partnerships and internal teams to support company-wide inclusion events and programs- Oversee execution of regional initiatives and hospitality-style events focused on brand alignment, guest experience, and employee engagement- Develops and maintains performance metrics to make informed recommendations for strategic decision making- Succession planning process for Councils and ERG Chapters – setting the strategy behind what this should look like, work with the regional councils and ERGs to ensure theyexecute accordingly, run a consistent and smooth process, meet deadlines, etc- Periodic speaking engagements when requested by regions/functions/ERG’s/Councils- Provides support for corporate budgeting and budget tracking- Serve as ERG Leads day-to-day contact, as needed. Ensure we are serving the needs of the regions and set vision accordingly- Collaborate with ERGs to meet governance guidelines and develop objectives, define impact, measurement goals and establish regular reporting to track results on investment.
