I recently graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BMath in Mathematical Finance, with minors in Statistics and Pure Mathematics, and bring two years of internship experience developing Python-based solutions to quantitative challenges.Recently, as a Mathematical Algorithms Developer at a fast-paced start-up, I built scalable mathematical models and algorithms for real-world optimization problems, ultimately improving proprietary tools and supporting client acquisition. I also led research on a portfolio optimization strategy, presenting findings at multiple academic and industry conferences.I am eager to apply my technical skills while continuing to learn and collaborate with like-minded professionals!
