With extensive experience in digital learning design, I have driven the creation of modern, scalable learning solutions to support migration to a new motor insurance system.Alongside this, I led the design, creation, and delivery of a new company‑wide Welcome Event, introducing immersive and innovative learning experiences that set the tone for colleague engagement from day one.
