As a natural coach and trainer, in 2008, I grabbed the chance to move into the learning and development world with both hands. Since then I have had the opportunity to work with, nurture and develop hundreds of people in different roles and at different levels. I have been stretched and have grown with every challenge.What really drives and motivates me is wanting drive change, to make a tangible difference to the business I support and the individuals working there. Over the last few years I have moved from face to face delivery to programme development, stakeholder management, coaching and finally, bringing my leadership development passion to life in my current role developing and leading Coaching and Mentoring for Kerry Group.As a specialist in learning deployment I work with key stakeholders. internal faculty and external vendors to provide the right learning at the right time.
